Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery takes 10–14 business days after placing your order. Once your package is on its way, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code.

Yes — always free shipping, with no minimum order. You never pay shipping costs at Shahzadi.

At this time we only ship within the Netherlands. International shipping is not yet available.

Yes, you have 30 days to return an item. The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. See our full return policy for all details.

Send an email to info@shahzadi.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

925 sterling silver is a high-quality precious metal — softer, more luxurious, and ideal for fine jewellery. Stainless steel is stronger, more scratch-resistant and better suited for everyday wear. Both materials are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. Although stainless steel is water-resistant, prolonged contact with water, sweat or perfume can affect the shine.

Store jewellery in a dry place, preferably in a closed box. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen and chemicals.

Our rings are available in size M and L:

• Size M — EU size 54 / inner diameter 17.2 mm, suitable for most ring fingers
• Size L — EU size 58 / inner diameter 18.5 mm, for a slightly wider finger
